They each hold a 1.784% direct stake in the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"newsTextDataWrapInner\">\n<p>Keng Cheng was Ekovest\u2019s managing director from May 2011 to March 2024 before being redesignated to his current role on March 6, 2024. He is currently non-executive chairman of Lim Seong Hai Capital.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"newsTextDataWrapInner\">\n<p>Keng Guan joined the board of Iskandar Waterfront City as an executive director in July 2013 before being redesignated as non-independent non-executive director on March 8, 2024. He is currently executive vice-chairman of Lim Seong Hai Capital.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"newsTextDataWrapInner\">\n<p>Ekovest shares closed 2.5% or half a sen lower to 19.5 sen on Friday, valuing the company at RM578.26 million.
